- advised Medicover, the leading international healthcare and diagnostic services provider, in the acquisitions of dental clinics: Dentim Clinic, Addent Cracow, Addent Andrychow and Śmigiel Implant Master Clinic, as part of the development of Medicover Stomatologia structure
- worked in a team advising Astra Zeneca on the sale of its Polish operations under the brand name Astra Tech (global project)
- advised Elekta AB, a Swedish company, in its expansion to the Polish market through the acquisition of 100% of shares in RTA, one of the leading Polish distributors of advanced technologies used in the field of medicine. The transaction was preceded by legal due diligence.
- advised Resource Partners in the preparation and negotiation of documentation related to the transaction consisting of an investment in Centrum Medyczne Mavit. The transaction was preceded by legal due diligence.
