I am a specialist in corporate law and M&A. I have over twenty years of experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate disputes.

For many years, I contributed as a partner to the development of FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz, and recently RYKOWSKI JUSIEL.  Previously, I worked as a Managing Associate in the Corporate Department of the global law firm Linklaters, in the corporate department.

My experience covers many sectors. Recently, I have carried out projects mainly related to the FMCG, telecommunication and healthcare sectors (specifically, I advised on the purchase and sale of businesses and companies providing healthcare services).

I am a member of the Supervisory Board of Elemental Holding S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

I have been repeatedly recommended as a corporate law and M&A lawyer by the Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe.
